ALMC would like to advise any Commercial Traders, including photographers, wishing to operate in the CityNorth Hotel, or the Car Park, that they MUST contact the ALMC itself directly for prior permission. Traders will NOT be permitted to operate in the hotel complex without contacting the Club in advance.

Also, access to the Service Area will only be permitted to those Traders that have paid the appropriate fee in advance. There will be no parking allowed outside the Service Area, and this area will be coned off. Please contact the Rally Secretary at 086-2341345 if you wish to access the Service area.

As the focal point of the rally, as it is running, the Service Area offers an ideal opportunity for traders dealing in associated products to advertise and sell their products.

With this in mind, ALMC will be asking anyone intending to trade in the Service area to use the form below to contact the club in advance to secure a location in the Service area itself.

We will be asking Service Area traders for a fee to trade in this area. This fee will go towards the running of the event.
